Theta still isn't back in a school. He's terrified of the idea of meeting other people, which is strange with how easily he attached to me. That kid... he isn't being taken care of like he should.

Hey, I don't mess with other people's kids. I'll keep them alive if they need a babysitter, but I do not do parenting.

...is it even legal to keep him out?

I think they're temporarily homeschooling him, but he needs to get to school, to meet people.
