Nooooooopesies. The gave me ice and pills. And the pills make it not hurt. But pills make me giggly. My brothers say so.

I'm glad your voice is normal. Not funny talking. The datapad is turning your sounds into words and that is good. And I can talk and it turns it into sounds you hear too. Isn't that amazing?

The little computers that turn sound into sound I can hear. I was born almost completely deaf. But now I hear. It's MAGIC.

They cut open my head and put things in my brain. I've had brain surgery. There were lots of hugs.

And before. It's nice. I like hugs too. Hugs are good. I miss hugs. But it's okay because I'm an adult and my nose stopped bleeding.

Can't ask. Meggy doesn't believe me. The littles get upset. Another brother is mad and gone, the other at his place. So just me, on my bed, floating flying happy with no pain and no sound. It's so quiet. You don't know what quiet is. I know what quiet is. Did you really say the things I think you said?

Meggy doesn't like it either. Cause he was a kid. But he's bigger now, like weeds grow.
